Handcrafted from a vintage cotton blend, the Bloomer features a flattering high cut elastic waistline and detailed with vintage embroidered cotton voile trim along the hem.  Meticulously finished with french seams and classic garment making techniques - as beautiful on the inside as it is out.  Unlined.
