Handcrafted from a secondhand white cotton eyelet, the Bloomer features a flattering high cut elastic waistline and a romantic gathered hem.  Meticulously finished with french seams and classic garment making techniques - as beautiful on the inside as it is out.  Unlined and slightly sheer.

Pair with the Embroidered Cotton Picnic Top and Heirloom Lace Bed Jacket as a housewear set or wear alone as an easy short.
