Ribbon Tie Bloomer in Keepsake Floral

Handcrafted from a romantic deep brown vintage floral cotton, the Ribbon Tie Bloomer features a high-cut elastic waistline and cheeky ruffled hem with adjustable blue satin ribbon ties at the leg.  Ties can be cinched in for a traditional bloomer look or loosened for a more modern look. 

Pair with the matching Miette Top as a housewear set or wear alone as an easy short.

Meticulously finished with french seams and classic garment making techniques - as beautiful on the inside as it is out.  Unlined.
